The Mount Cristo Rey Restoration Committee will have screenings of the documentary, El Paso’s Mount Cristo Rey at several public library branches beginning on Monday, April 16, 2007 at the Main Library. The committee is seeking donations to help with restoration efforts for Mount Cristo Rey.

 Free, but a $5 donation is appreciated!

 

The TV documentary explains the
mountain's human and geological history,
 which now dates to 100 million years ago
 with the discovery of hundreds of
dinosaur tracks at the base of Cristo Rey.
