The Rawlings Dental Clinic is located at 3301 Pera Street, El Paso, Texas, 79905.
Eligibility Requirements to Receive Dental Services
Services are provided to individuals under the age of 21.
Families must reside within the County of El Paso and provide:
- Rent receipt or utility bill with current address
- Birth certificate and I.D. of patient
- Monthly Income
- Social Security number of each family member
- Be prepared to pay $10-$30 for the visit, unless the patient has Medicaid or private insurance
