Dear Service Provider:

If you would like your organization to be added to the 2-1-1 database so that we may refer the public to your services, attached please find the 2-1-1 Texas application/ Inclusion Exclusion Criteria for you to complete, sign, and return to us via regular mail Attn: Margie Quijano at: 5115 El Paso Drive, El Paso, TX 79905, or via Fax: (915) 771-5823.  

 
2-1-1 is a free helpline, answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained Information and Referral Specialists who refer callers to the services available to meet their needs. We are a nonprofit organization funded by the Health and Human Services Commission and by the City of El Paso. 2-1-1 is connected to nearly every service in the state including government agencies, food pantries, career services, after school programs, counseling services and many other state and local resources.
