Pandemic Influenza (H1N1) 2009 Update: The City of El Paso Department of Public Health is continuing to take steps to closely monitor and respond to recent events concerning pandemic flu in the U.S. and in Mexico.

Mosquito Abatement / West Nile Virus: If you’re itching for relief from mosquitoes contact the Code Compliance Division of the [City of El Paso Environmental Services Department] at (915) 599-6290. The Code Compliance Division oversees the City's vector control program, which combats mosquito breeding in El Paso County. The mosquito abatement efforts are intended to reduce the spread of West Nile Virus and other mosquito-borne infections.
