Who is Emergency Management

The Mission of Emergency Management is to administer a program for the citizens of El Paso City and County for the MITIGATION of, PREPAREDNESS for, RESPONSE to and RECOVERY from natural or man-made disasters. The El Paso City/County Office of Emergency Management serves the City and County of El Paso.
