Administration

El Paso Department Headquarters is located at 8600 Montana Ave. near the Airport. The site originally was an automotive dealership and was purchased in the late 1980s for the department. The building currently houses the Fire Prevention Division, Maintenance, Administration, Emergency Management and Logistics.

Incident Reports and Open Records Requests

Requests for incident reports (fires & medical) can be submitted at Fire Department Headquarters, 8600 Montana Avenue. Medical records will only be released as specified in Chapter 773 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. Information that may facilitate the processing of record requests includes: address of incident and patient’s name. For additional information, please call 915-771-1000.
