Welcome to the City of El Paso, Neighborhood Connect, Find-A-Pet, Lost & Found Posting Service.  This site is a citizen-to-citizen, information exchange service, dedicated to reuniting lost animals with their owners.  Our service is open to all citizens in our community and operates like a bulletin board.  Select an action from the menu below and follow the instructions on the page for the desired action. Note: The information will be hosted on the website for a week, but you will be able to resend the information as many times as you would like.

Make sure to visit Animal Services in case your lost pet has been picked up or surrendered to the program.

** Animals picked up by Animal Services will be euthanized or placed for adoption in 3 days (after picked up) if they do not have a microchip or ID tags, and 5 days (after pick up) if they have a microchip or ID tag. **

You may also contact Animal Rescue Organizations and check if your lost pet was surrendered to their organization. These Non-Profit Animal Rescue Organizations will take in animals found by the public and adopt them out to loving families.

Helpful Tips: Make sure you always have proper identification on your pet for a safe return home if lost. (ID should have your current phone number(s) and address.) Also, be sure your pet's microchip information is current.
