The following is a list of all
formal solicitations for goods and general services estimated
to cost $50,000 or more offered through the Purchasing Division.
The Purchasing Division conducts bid openings on Wednesdays
at 2 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Solicitation
responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly identifying
your company name and solicitation number, along with the bid
opening date and time. Bids will be publicly opened and read
in City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall after 2:00
on bid
opening day. Please note that construction bids are not available for download, however you can download the Scope of Work. Plans, specifications and any amendments must be picked up at the Construction Bid Section of the Purchasing Division. The Purchasing Division of the El Paso Financial Services Department is located on the 7th Floor of City Hall, #2 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79901. Operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. For further information regarding bids/solicitations
