FINANCIAL SERVICES

  

The following is a list of all formal solicitations for goods and general services estimated to cost $50,000 or more offered through the Purchasing Division. The Purchasing Division conducts bid openings on Wednesdays at 2 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly identifying your company name and solicitation number, along with the bid opening date and time. Bids will be publicly opened and read in City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall after 2:00 on bid opening day.

Please note that construction bids are not available for download, however you can download the Scope of Work. Plans, specifications and any amendments must be picked up at the Construction Bid Section of the Purchasing Division.

The Purchasing Division of the El Paso Financial Services Department is located on the 7th Floor of City Hall, #2 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79901. Operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

When e-mailing, please include the bid number, your name, your company, phone number, and correct e-mail address.

If you download a solicitation, you will also need to download all current amendments that may have been issued since the original bid was posted. As part of the sign-up process for this site, you will also receive email notifications of current city solicitations. That email will also contain the number of amendments for each solicitation. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have all pertinent information regarding solicitations, including all amendments prior to submitting their offer.
