If you are physically unable to bring container to the curb and do not have anyone within your household that can assist you, the waste can be emptied from inside your yard with the assistance of an Environmental Services worker

How Do You Qualify?
A notarized Affidavit/Waiver form must be submitted with the signature of a U.S. licensed physician. It takes 1 to 10 working days to process application upon receipt.
