Senior Citizen or 100% Disabled Discount
A 20% discounted fee will be granted to citizens 65 years or older, or if 100% disabled with proof of disability certification either from Social Security Administration, public disability pension agency, or Veterans Administration.

An application must be filed at Environmental Services, El Paso Water Utilities or a Senior Citizen Center.

First time applicants mailing form must have form notarized; otherwise applicant may apply at any of the following locations:
