El Paso residents (No commercial business / contractors) can take trash, household hazardous waste, and bulky items to one of four public drop-off locations, known as Citizen Collection Stations, within the city. Trash is collected at the Citizen Collection Stations and then taken to the Greater El Paso Landfill for disposal. The Citizen Collection Stations also function as additional drop-off sites for recyclables, to complement the city's curbside recycling program.

None, to residents who pay monthly solid waste fees
(MUST PRESENT A RECENT EL PASO WATER UTILITY BILL WHICH IS DATED WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND IDENTIFICATION MATCHING THE HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS)

Rules

  • Vehicle pulling a double-axle trailer or larger are not allowed
  • Unloading shall be done by resident (be prepared to dispose into a 7 feet high rolloff)
