Upper Valley Traffic Study
On May 19, 2009 the City Council unanimously approved the Upper Valley Traffic Study report findings and recommendations in its entirety and directed staff to advance all eligible projects in the study through the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) process to insure submission for federal funding.
