Providing customer services that are both professional and convenient are among the key daily initiatives for the Engineering Department. To this end, the Customer Service Center handles all public inquires or complaints received. Among the services available, the Engineering Department is responsible for processing pavement cut permit requests and managing the Map Room.

The Map Room is a valuable resource with available archives including: subdivision plans, benchmarks, some surveys and state highway plans and documents. Aerial photographs dating as far back as 1956 are also available. These documents are available for viewing and reproduction at a fee.

The community is encouraged to contact us if they need any information or assistance from the Department on programs or services available.
