Sales Tax Rebate

In order to promote Downtown revitalization, a series of incentives have been initiated. The City’s portion of sales tax on construction materials and labor for improvements and new construction is rebated to developers. A minimum expenditure of $100,000 is required. Program sunsets in 2012.
