Rulis' International Kitchen is located in Downtown's Cortez Building on North Mesa facing San Jacinto Plaza.
Their hours of business are Mon.-Fri. 7:30 - 10 a.m. for breakfast, 11a.m. - 3p.m. for lunch, and Friday evenings from 5-10 p.m. The prices are competitive, the food is delicious, and the environment is cozy and very much worth checking out.
Serving what the owner, Raul Gonzalez, calls “a seasonal menu of international foods,” the menu includes items like cream of squash soup, chicken pesto pasta and a portobello panini.
