Ann Morgan Lilly

Ann Morgan Lilly's professional experience includes a career in Property Management during which she managed shopping centers in the Southwest Region, up to and including Albuquerque. She enjoyed a very successful career as a professional property manager as well being active in a family wholesale business, Southwest Wholesale, Inc.

She is a graduate of El Paso High, where she was an active student both academically and civically. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1961 from Texas Western College (UTEP). In 1990 she earned a continuing education paralegal certificate from UTEP. She successfully completed a Grant Writing class in 1996 and became a volunteer grant writer for various charities.

Her civic experience includes serving as board member, and president of the Rim Area Neighborhood Association, where she played a key role in developing the first Neighborhood Conservancy Overlay in El Paso. She worked with city planners to secure the upper end of Arroyo Park as a city park. She is also an active board member of Christmas in April.

She has been married to Rut Lilly for 47 years, has two grown children and three grandsons.

Ann Lilly is proud to call El Paso her home.
