A complete set of residential plans must have as a minimum the following items:

1. IBC CODE INFORMATION DATA SHEET (REQUIRED ON FRONT SHEET OF PLAN SET).
2. SITE PLAN.
3. ARCHITECTURAL PLAN WITH DETAILS.
4. ELEVATIONS INCLUDE LEFT, RIGHT, FRONT, REAR.
5. ROOF FRAMING PLAN.
6. FOUNDATION PLAN WITH DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS.
7. INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CODE INFORMATION (RESIDENTIAL CHECK).
