Issue: Code Violation on Title 18.16.160, enacted through Ordinance 017417 which modifies Section 334.10 of the 2008 National Electrical Code which states “Type NM, Type NMC, and Type NMS cables shall be permitted to be used in the following:
1. One-and two-family dwellings
2. Multifamily dwellings not exceeding three floors above grade

Request: Approval to install Romex wire in a four (4) story, multi-family residential building
