Alarcon, 655 Santa Barbara Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915, have been notified of the violations at this property.

VI.                Public hearing to determine if the property located at 403 Dolan Street., in the City of El Paso (legal description on file with the City Clerk) is a fire and safety hazard, and a nuisance and whether the same should be repaired or demolished.  First investigated July 12, 2010.  The owner Fernando and Josefina Nieto, 504 Dolan Street, El Paso, Texas, 79905, (the “Owners”), have been notified of the violations at this property.

VII.               Public hearing to determine if the property located at 7815 Pandora Street, in the City of El Paso (legal description on file with the City Clerk) is a fire and safety hazard, and a nuisance and whether the same should be repaired or demolished.  First investigated May 4, 2010.  The owner Hortencia Tibuni, 7815 Pandora Street, El Paso, Texas, 79904, (the “Owner”), has been notified of the violations at this property.

VIII.             Public hearing to determine if the property located at 3915 Tularosa Avenue, in the City of El Paso (legal description on file with the City Clerk) is a fire and safety hazard, and a nuisance and whether the same should be repaired or demolished.  First investigated April 28, 2010.  The owners Saul O. Granados, 3915 Tularosa Ave., El Paso, Texas, 79903, (the “Owner”) has been notified of the violations at this property.

IX.                Public hearing to determine if the property located at 518 Bataan Circle, in the City of El Paso (legal description on file with the City Clerk) is a fire and safety hazard, and a nuisance and whether the same should be repaired or demolished.  First investigated September 30, 2010.  The owner Anna M. Kolb, 518 Bataan Circle, El Paso, Texas, 79903, (the “Owner”), has been notified of the violations at this property.

San Antonio Avenue, in the City of El Paso (legal description on file with the City Clerk) is a fire and safety hazard, and a nuisance and whether the same should be repaired or demolished.  First investigated July 13, 2010.  The owners Santiago Carpio Jr. and Anna P. Carpio, 1923 E. San Antonio Avenue, El Paso, Texas, 79901 and Norwest Bank of El Paso, NA Lienholder, 221 N. Kansas, El Paso, Texas, 79901, (the “Owners”), have been notified of the violations at this property.

The Building Standards Commission of the City of El Paso may retire into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to the Section 3.5A of the El Paso city Charter and the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, to discuss any of the following:  (The items listed below are matters of the sort routinely discussed in Executive Session, but the Building Standards Commission of the City of El Paso may move to Executive Session any of the items of the Open Meeting Act.)  The Building Standards Commission will return to open session to take any final action and may also, at any time during the meeting, bring forward any of the following items for public discussion, as appropriate.
