IT IS SPRING TIME AND ANIMAL SERVICES WISHES TO REMIND YOU OF A FEW THINGS
Spring means
  1. Spring means a return of the BATS that live in and around El Paso.  Our Bat population is one of our biggest rabies concerns.

 

    1. DO NOT TOUCH any bat that you might find anywhere---Call us
    2. DO NOT TOUCH Any bat that your pet might bring to you anywhere---Call us
    3. DO NOT ALLOW your children to touch any bat anywhere !!!

 

  1. Spring means it’s time to spay/neuter your pet.

 

    1. Look on the website and find when the spay/neuter van is going to be in your neighborhood
    2. Contact you Veterinarian to schedule an appointment for your pet.
    3. Contact one of the many places in the city that participate in a spay/neuter program or call us

 

  1. Spring means it’s time for rabies vaccinations

 

    1. PROTECT YOUR PETS WITH VACCINATIONS
    2. Protect you and your family with vaccinated pets
    3. Protect your community with vaccinated pets---CALL US

 

  1. Springtime means it’s time to MICROCHIP AND REGISTAR your pets.

 

    1. Avoid fines by being up to date on your pets information
    2. Help us get your pet back to you without impoundment –We can find out where your pet lives and/or a phone number that we can call while in the field, THIS AVOIDS A FINE and gets your pet back home.

 

  1. Springtime means snakes---YES EVEN IN TOWN!!

 

    1. Watch your pets for nose and face injuries—“They just want to sniff”---This is what gets them in trouble.
    2. Watch your kids when out in the yard and
    3. Watch EVERYBODY when hiking and or out in the desert
