It’s Time Again for Summer Concerts

The Museums and Cultural Affairs Department of the City of El Paso is pleased to announce the concert line-up for both its premier summer concert series: Alfresco! Fridays and Music Under the Stars.

Alfresco! Fridays
Concerts are every Friday at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted, in Arts Festival Plaza, which is located between the El Paso Museum of Art and the Plaza Theatre in downtown El Paso.

July 25	Fixed Idea (Ska)
August 1	Dan Lambert Trio (Jazz Rock Variety)
August 8	Nando & The Lineup (Blues)
August 15	The High Society Orchestra (Big Band Variety)

Music Under the Stars – 25th Anniversary Season
Concerts are held every Sunday at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted, at the Chamizal National Memorial located at 800 South San Marcial St. This year, a new logo was selected for the event’s silver season following a design competition. Congratulations to Mr. Michael Contreras for his logo being selected.

August 17	Noche Ranchera featuring Mariachi Tenampa (Out of Town Guest Artist – Mariachi Group from Albuquerque, NM)
