Update: No Trucks on Left Lane
In keeping with the continual effort to increase driver safety and mitigate traffic congestion, on August 4, 2009 the City Council approved an ordinance restricting trucks with 3 or more axles from traveling on the left most lane of Interstate Highway 10 (I-10).  Please note the Texas Department of Transportation has now finalized the installation of signs along I-10 required for this new restriction. Reminder: Approved FY2010 Changes to take effect On August 25, 2009, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year 2010 budget for the City of El Paso.
