City Thanks Texas vs. The Nation
 The City of El Paso would like to thank Texas vs. The Nation and its organizers for their generosity in donating 1,000 turkeys to the El Paso community for use during the holiday season. The turkeys were delivered earlier in November with the help of distributor Sysco and volunteers from Cummings Inc. The turkeys will assist the following entities and initiatives serving those in need:
- The Mayor’s Thanksgiving Dinner
- Rescue Mission
- Region 19 – Migrant Program
- Salvation Army
