Park Construction Update
The Three Hills Recreation Center located at 7200 High Ridge in west El Paso is 85% complete and should be open by the end of January. The center, which is almost a mirror image of the Eastwood Recreation Center in east El Paso, will have two gymnasiums, a weight facility and other amenities that will accommodate the large amount of anticipated attendance on the west side.
