Entry fee:	$275.00 Plus Umpires 8u = $10.00 per game 10u = $24.00 per game 12u = $25.00 per game 14u = $26.00 per game
Deadline:	August 29, 2007
Season Starts:	Sept. 10, 2007 (10 Games)

Parent Class Summer Edition 2007
You must have this class to get an ID card for your child

1. Aug. 29, 2007 at 6:00pm Acosta Sports
2. Sept. 4, 2007 at 6:00pm Acosta Sports

A. There will be NO "Team Classes" this season; all Parents must attend Big Classes.
B. All children's ID card must have an updated Parent Class number on the card.
C. The cost of class is $5.00 per family.
D. Video classes will be $15.00 and offered after the live classes are finished.
E. ID's with Parent Card Number (different color coded) will be checked at every game. Please keep your card and give a copy to the coach. We do not keep records and will not issue a replacement card. If you need a replacement, you will have to retake the class.
F. Winter Classes will begin in November.
G. Remember: Having Fun is the Number 1 Priority!

PLAYER ID'S are $5.00 per ID must have
(1.) Original Birth Certificate and
(2.) Parent Class Card, for ID to be taken.
COACHES must pass their background check ($40.00 background check application) before their ID is taken, call Acosta Sports Center at 534-0254 for status of your Background check after you have paid the fee.

ATHLETIC FIELD RENTAL RATES:
1.) Athletic field rental with NO LIGHTS = $10.00 PER 1 ½ HOURS
a.) Soccer fields can be rented half ($5.00) or full field ($10.00)

2.) Athletic field rental with LIGHTS = $25.00 PER 1 ½ HOURS
a.) Soccer fields can be rented half ($12.50) or full field ($25.00)
