    Party in the Canyon!

Party in the Canyon!Everyone is invited to throw a party in the canyon! Imagine your next event nestled deep inside the Franklin Mountains in the heart of El Paso at the McKelligon Canyon Pavilion. The Pavilion was recently renovated and is now available for outside groups to rent the 4,600 square foot venue for any planned events.

The Pavilion, part of the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre complex, recently underwent a $1.6 million facelift. Improvements are immediately visible through the newly landscaped grounds and refurbished flooring. A new electrical system has been added to increase power and lighting abilities, existing restrooms have been upgraded and improvements on stairs, ramps, walkways and the parking area have been made.

The renovation project also converted the Pavilion into a year-round venue allowing patrons to use the facility in any weather conditions. In an effort to winterize the Pavilion, wood sliding panels were replaced with aluminum windows and doors, along with the addition of evaporating cooling and electric heating systems.

Party in the Canyon! The City of El Paso made the renovations possible and awarded the management of the facility to SMG. In El Paso, SMG manages the El Paso Convention Performing Arts Centers including Judson F. Williams Convention Center, Abraham Chavez Theatre, Plaza Theatre of Performing Arts and the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre & Pavilion.

McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre & Pavillion showcases natural Southwest beauty with breathtaking views and georgeous landscapes, promising visitors a Texas-sized experience. Whether you visit McKelligon Canyon for one of its exciting scheduled events or hold one of your own, you will have a truly unique and memorable experience.
