    Grand Opening of the Mission Works Building

    Grand Opening of the Mission Works Building116 Ruhlen Court - (Adjacent to the Rescue Mission of El Paso)

    The 100 year old Claude Barry Building located at 116 Ruhlen Court, has been renovated and will be named the Mission Works Building. This building will give vocational opportunities for the homeless of El Paso and be used to create jobs and provide job training for the homeless.
    The Department of Community and Human Development's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funded the project for a total of $159,220 to include: the renovation of a 6,500 square foot building, located at 116 Ruhlen Court, into a light-duty manufacturing and assembly facility to employ a minimum of seven homeless and/or disabled persons.
