This special council meeting is a joint meeting between the El Paso Independent School District Board and the City Council to discuss schools working with the City to increase desirability of neighborhoods by increasing the quality of schools, connecting quality and type of education to economic development strategies and the Parks and Schools Agreement between EPISD and the City of El Paso.
