    Essay Contest for Girls 5th Grade to High School on Women in Law Enforcement

    The El Paso Police Department in conjunction with the 2007 International Empowering Women in Law Enforcement Conference is sponsoring an essay contest for girls from 5th grade to high school. The essay title / subject will be “I believe women are important to law enforcement because…” The selected essay will be recognized at the Conference on April 5th 2007.

    Essays must be submitted by March 9th 2007. For additional information on this contest individuals may log on to www.eppd.org.
