MISSION STATEMENT

Serve as catalyst for community partnerships, collaboration and change that will revitalize low income neighborhoods, enhance human services, promote accessibility, expand housing opportunities, and generally improve the quality of life for low and moderate income persons.

The Department of Community and Human Development (DCHD), consisting of a staff of approximately 43 dedicated public servants, manages federal, state, local and private funding that the City of El Paso receives for the following purposes:
