• Announcements/Notices Oct, 2005 : We are scheduled to receive temporary speedbumps for research purposes on Rosinante in the upcoming weeks due to the amount of speeding that is taking place within our neighborhood.
• Information Update Form
  We would like this to be a place where our residents can enter changes in their information, very basic….phone number, name, address and e-mail information.
  
  And maybe a place to volunteer or Sign up sheet for Neighborhood Watch
• By Laws/Covenants/Restrictions: Common violations - Weeds, making changes to homes without association approval, late payment on assessments and weed services that were needed. We would like a copy of our covenants here as well. I can get this to you, but I am not sure if we have the space??? It is huge.
