Purpose

The Neighborhood Revitalization Plan is a comprehensive and holistic strategy and approach outlining and detailing specific goals and objectives; specific actions to accomplish the stated goals and objectives with identified measurable outcomes to recreate communities of opportunities in distressed neighborhoods by stimulating the reinvestment of human and economic capital and empowering residents to participate in the neighborhoods resurgence.
