Purpose

To expand the communication links between the City of El Paso and Neighborhood Associations in order to broaden opportunities for information sharing and outreach.

The Neighborhood Outreach Program will offer:

• Electronic Newsletter-Video Streaming-Neighborhood Publications (City of El Paso Government Web Site)
• Expertise in organizing neighborhood associations.
• Training workshops, seminars and individualized training on community issues.
• Problem solving in neighborhood issues.
• Access to information on all City departments and resources.
• Assistance with meeting notice, agendas, association newsletter development, grant writing, event organization assistance, and other technical assistance.
