While homebuyers can purchase new and existing homes throughout the City of El Paso under the Mortgage Revenue Bond Program, additional assistance is granted to homebuyers who purchase in targeted areas. The map below gives an outline of the Targeted Areas that qualify for the additional assistance. To verify if a specific location qualifies under the Target Area, see your realtor or lender or go to the Realtor® Info Page of this website for tools that will assist you. The target areas for the 2005 and 2006 Program are the same. The difference is that the 2005 Map also shows "Designated Areas." You can click on the map for a zoomed view.
