Anti-Graffiti Program
The City of El Paso Street Department assists the public in the removal of graffiti through its Anti-Graffiti Hotline (915) 621-6789.
The City of El Paso's established program for the eradication of graffiti takes a proactive approach to removing the unsightly public nuisance from City Rights of Way. Anti-graffiti crews may also enter private property to remove graffiti with a property owner's consent.
Graffiti removed from private property must be visible within public view. Graffiti removal methods and materials used by the Street Department are all environmentally safe.
