What is a Citizen Collection Station?

The Citizen Collection Stations (CCS) offer El Paso residents a convenient place to dispose of extra household waste or recyclables. The service provided by the City of El Paso Environmental Service Department is available solely to residents, who pay a solid waste disposal fee to the City of El Paso.

Businesses and organizations cannot bring their waste to a Citizen Collection Station. They should dispose their waste at the landfill.
