| Local publisher Jeanie Glenn will offer expert advice on how to formulate ideas into a cohesive manuscript that might catch the attention of book publishers. Following the publishing workshop, the event will break into two tracks: one for readers and one for writers. |
| Youngsters can enjoy a children's book reading by members of the Friends of the Library and Willie the Water Drop. At the same time, writing experts from the West Texas Writing Project will help participants craft Haiku about water. EPWU will post the best water-related Haiku on Facebook and Twitter. |
