Patricia D. AdautoDevelopment & Infrastructure Services Patricia D. Adauto has been involved in the community planning profession for more than 25 years with the City of El Paso, Texas. On April 15, 2003, the El Paso City Council confirmed her appointment as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Building & Planning Services. Her title changed to Deputy City Manager with the success of the 2004 general election approving the conversion to a city manager form of government. As Deputy City Manager for the Development and Infrastructure Services portfolio, she oversees the departments that are key to the growth of the City. They include:
Mrs. Adauto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso. Mrs. Adauto’s professional affiliations include membership with the West Texas Section, Texas Chapter, American Planning Association; Member of the Congress for New Urbanism; Member of the Alliance for Regional Military Support; and Member of the El Paso Regional Development Alliance. She also formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Education Foundation of the Texas Chapter, American Planning Association and the Far West Texas Water Planning Group. Mrs. Adauto is also active in community service and is a past Board member of the YWCA El Paso Del Norte Region and Committee Chair of the El Paso Consumer Credit Counseling Service. Currently, Mrs. Adauto sits as a Board member of the United Way of El Paso. Her family includes husband Ricardo Adauto III, and sons Francisco and Daniel.
