The Community and Human Development Department is dedicated to serving El Paso's residents and neighborhoods.
Our efforts are focused on benefiting those of low and moderate income by partnering with local, federal and state agencies to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, neighborhood improvements, senior volunteer opportunities, small business assistance and preventing homelessness in our community.
