Edmundo S. Calderon, CIA, CGAP

Edmundo is currently the Chief Internal Auditor for the City of El Paso. Edmundo has over 27 years experience as an auditor. Edmundo has conducted audit work in the financial services industry, higher education, and in government. Edmundo is currently a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Government Auditing Professional. Edmundo graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Cesar L. Martinez, CIA, CGAP

Cesar is serving as the Audit Manager for the City of El Paso. Cesar has over 23 years of experience as an auditor. Cesar's experience includes public accounting, governmental (federal, state and local and non-profit organizations), higher education, gaming, oil, transportation and consulting. Cesar is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Government Auditing Professional. Cesar graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Miguel Montiel, CIA, CGAP

Miguel is currently a Lead Auditor with the City of El Paso. Miguel has over 12 years of internal auditing experience. Miguel's experience includes auditing Federal and State agencies. Miguel graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Miguel is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP).

Elizabeth De La O, CIA, CGAP

Elizabeth is currently a Senior Auditor for the City of El Paso. Elizabeth has over 7 years audit experience in the financial services industry and in government. Elizabeth is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP). Elizabeth graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Elizabeth is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Christine L. Esqueda, CIA, CGAP

Christine is currently a Senior Auditor for the City of El Paso. Christine has financial, compliance, and operational audit experience in higher education. Christine is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP). Christine received both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Daryl Olson

Daryl is currently a Senior Auditor for the City of El Paso. Daryl has three years financial audit experience and over 20 years of systems engineering experience working with various contractors for the federal government. Daryl graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a dual Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Daryl’s future aspirations include obtaining the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) certifications.

Kristina Rammos

Kristina is currently an Auditor with the City of El Paso. Kristina received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. Kristina’s future aspirations are to continue attending school to pursue a Masters of Business Administration and become a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
