Low-Cost Spay Neuter Services

The Department of Animal Services provides low-cost spay/neuter services to the El Paso animal community in an effort to better manage the pet overpopulation issue in our region.

Animal Services encourages pet owners to spay and neuter their pets to help reduce the number of unwanted pets that end up in shelters all over the country.

The Animal Services Low-Cost Clinic is located at 9060 Socorro Road. Services are provided on an appointment basis only. To schedule an appointment, or for any questions, please call (915) 212-0299

  • Please leave a voicemail if no one is available to take your call.

  • Due to the high demand for our clinic appointments, please only schedule an appointment if you are sure you will be able to make it.

  • Please plan ahead: appointments are issued several weeks out.

  • Please note: the Animal Services Low-Cost Clinic is NOT an emergency hospital. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please take them to the nearest animal hospital.

Cost for our low-cost services vary by species (dog/cat) and sex of the animal. Our goal is to provide quality services at an economical price, which is why Animal Services seeks grants from partners to offset some of the cost of performing these services. To find out how much a spay/neuter procedure will be for your pet, please call (915) 212-0299.
