Arts Stimulus Grant
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) through funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, has awarded the City of El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Department (MCAD) funding to provide one-time grants to local arts and cultural organizations for the preservation of jobs in the arts.
